Projects

Over a period of 3 decades, KE has planned, designed and executed hundreds of turn-key projects for Government, Semi Government, Corporate Bodies and other Private Companies in Karnataka, and has achieved the milestone of commissioning H.V & E.H.V. transmission lines ranging from 66 KV to 220 KV.

Currently, Kumar Electricals is engaged in several projects in the area of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) in power sector.

Installation

For over 30 years, Kumar Electricals has been a leader in the industry with its strong commitment to customer service. Our professional design team will assist in the installation process utilizing material standards to ensure the most cost effective use of materials in our installation process. Kumar Electricals provide highly skilled and experienced office and site based management personnel to successfully execute the client’s requirements.

Kumar Electricals would assign key personnel for site management, planning and Installation for critical and important projects right from the inception of the project. Trade supervisors and other selected members of the site management team, would be introduced to the project as and when required.

The site Engineer will be responsible for all the construction activities and he would be the authority to make decisions throughout the construction/installation process. He would be reporting to the contract manager regularly.

Sub Contractors

Kumar Electricals believes in utilizing the available resourses to achieve desired results for any given project. Kumar Electricals with the agreement of the client will consider utilizing the services of approved professional sub contractors, in connection with, but not limited to:

• Cable Pulling.
• HV cable jointing.
• Lightning protection.
• Scaffolding.
• Heavy lifting.
• Wiring and Slab Work.

Plant & Equipment

Kumar Electricals maintains sufficient quantity and provides superior quality of all plant and equipment. Periodical inspections and tests are conducted on a hired supplementary major plant, these major plants is hired from reputable plant hire companies. Specialist scaffolding and lifting services are hired or sub contracted.

Inspection & Testing

All certificates and documentations are issued after conducting series of inspections and test in accordance with the client’s requirement and statutory regulations from Govt approved Testing Companies.

KE provides skilled technicians with the experience covering inspection and testing of installed electrical and process control systems in areas classified hazardous and non-hazardous.

Commissioning

All Measuring and test equipment issued for inspection, calibration and testing of installations at site are provided by Kumar Electricals./p>
